Fab Abs Update

Quick update on the Fab Ab February Challenge...

So far, things are good. I can tell that I'm building up my endurance with how much higher I can go with each situp. I feel better about my pushups (something I have NEVER been good at). And my planks...while, that was one thing I always felt good about.

I'm in the middle of a crazy busy week...so I apologize if I don't post much. However, I will still be tweeting...so make sure you're following me on Twitter to find out what's up with my life. Haha!!

Hey ya'll,

Still experiencing crazy hours at work...so sorry I haven't been posting or commenting. I'm working on it!! But things are super good :-) I'm very happy with my life right now & it's so amazing how weight loss just falls into place when you're happy with everything else in your life. It's been a long time since I've felt this happy, so good about myself. I'm loving it.

GUESS WHERE I AM??

Yes...I know I've been gone for a LONG time...but if you guess where I am, then you know why!?

I am typing this post from my NEW BED in my NEW APARTMENT!! That's right!! My dad came down today & finally helped me move all my furniture, plus brought a ton of stuff from DC too :-)

I can't begin to express how happy & excited I am to be out of that hell hole that was my old apartment. No more bitchy roommates. No more loud parties on nights I actually do want to sleep. This is just a glorious change.

But, I've been absent for awhile because I've just been crazy, hectic busy. Balancing school, work and moving is NOT easy...and I'm exhausted. I've been exhausted for weeks now...but everything is finally calming down & I have a chance to relax for a few weeks. Thank goodness!!

I will definitely start posting regularly again ASAP...hopefully I'll be moved in completely soon enough that I can post some pictures :-)

Update

Just wanted to post a quick update...I've been super busy lately with work & school, so I haven't been able to update. Unfortunately, this means I haven't been able to workout really either. I get up, study, go to work, come home, study, and then it's bedtime.

Luckily, I have been sticking to my plan for eating and feel like I'll at least see a maintain this week rather than a gain. I mean, OF COURSE I would love to see a loss...but I guess I'll take what I can get. Next week, I can definitely get back to working out daily...and I look forward to that greatly!!

I'm sure this sounds like an excuse to some people...but honestly, school HAS to be my top priority right now...and if that means giving up the gym for a few days to study, then that's what has to be done.

By the way...is anybody watching The Oscars right now?? I'm quite disappointed this year...I've felt very bored the whole show. Nothing exciting is really happening and James Franco & Anne Hathaway are just annoying me. Thank goodness James Franco is GORGEOUS!! Haha
