Quick update on the Fab Ab February Challenge...
So far, things are good. I can tell that I'm building up my endurance with how much higher I can go with each situp. I feel better about my pushups (something I have NEVER been good at). And my planks...while, that was one thing I always felt good about.
I'm in the middle of a crazy busy week...so I apologize if I don't post much. However, I will still be tweeting...so make sure you're following me on Twitter to find out what's up with my life. Haha!!
