So...I ended up with a loss of 4 pounds this week at 269. Yay!! That's 5% of my weight so far & I'm very excited. PLUS, my pointsplus values dropped again!
Definitely a successful week & lots of motivation for next week!!
I'm super sore today...not from the gym, but from moving shipment at the store for four hours yesterday. Talk about a workout!! I'm totally counting it for WW, because it's so much climbing up and down ladders, moving heavy boxes...just so much more intense than a person would think.
Well, I gotta run...I'm already running late today! YIKES!!
