So, have any of you found that if you don't eat enough one day...you feel sick that day??
Not like "I have to go home and lay down RIGHT now" sick. I just keep getting a feeling of vomit or an AWFUL aftertaste in my throat & mouth around midday for the past few days.
Any ideas??

I can always tell when I don't eat enough because I get weak and tired. Then I know I need to get some healthy calories in soon. Keep sipping water and eat smaller portions every 2.5 to 3 hours!

I agree on the smaller portions. Works for me too.
On the times I don't eat them and I get hungry ad ignore it, I usually get stomach acid. Not nice. That's when I know I need to eat something.
I have no idea what causes your feelings, but have you tried keeping track of what and when you eat to figure out what it is?
