Re-Focus

So...it's no big shock that I've completely lost track of what I'm doing. After losing 8 pounds in two weeks, I kinda got too comfortable & lost focus. This cannot happen.

I've already discovered that this is still a learning process for me. I'm not fully there to where I'm changing my life...but making little strides everyday.

That being said, it's time to start over again. I'm still down about 17 pounds from where I first started...but I obviously need something to reboost EVERYTHING about this.

Starting Friday (my new weigh-in dates), I will get back on track completely. From making sure I'm tracking EVERYTHING that enters my body to hitting the gym daily again, I'm going to get this weight off!! I'll weigh-in on Friday and go from there...

I would really love any tips ya'll have right about now...  I need to find a way to keep myself fully focused this time.

Set a reward for yourself- something to work towards. Print out a calendar and put a sticker on each day that you workout. It's motivating! :)
