Food Journal you can tell by my lack of pictures, food pictures was not the right plan for me. It just became ridic to keep track of and I forget all the time to take the picture. But today, I took a big step. Rather than just tracking my point online, I'm now keeping a food journal. It's cute & fits right into my purse, so I will always have it with me.

I'm going to try just writing down what I eat for a week & then adding the point in later...and hopefully this does me good. My eating has been spectacular if I could just reintroduce myself to the workouts. I've had some money problems lately, so I've been avoiding the gym until I know my bill is paid. But once that is taken care of, I can get back on track!!

But, I'm super excited about my food I thought I'd write a quick post about it. Will DEFINITELY be weighing in this I'm super nervous!! But hoping for something good (I gained about 5 pounds in my absence during the move...not as bad as it could have been considering it was over a month or so).

Gah! I tried the food photo thing for a while, but it was waaaay too much hassle.

You definitely have to do what works best for you! Having a cute food journal is always motivating. :)
