With Thanksgiving on Thursday, I think it may be time to add in some extra workouts to my routine. It's that time of year where treats and goodies pop up all over the place and sometimes it's just too much to resist.
Plan of Action:
-Treat myself, but only a small taste...no need to eat something bad when I can just have a little nibble and enjoy it.
-Up the workouts...workout more & workout harder. Need to get rid of those extra calories
