That being said, I had an AH-HA moment. If I don't get my shit together, I'm gonna end up in a wheelchair before I'm 50. I have to change something to get my body healthy & that thing is my weight. I know I've been up and down in weight loss for about 3 years now...but this was a different kind of moment this time.
So, in January, I think I'm going to rejoin Weight Watchers. I'm hoping that having the iPhone this time around will make things easier since I will be able to track wherever, whenever. NO EXCUSES. Until then, I'm gonna focus on eating right & exercising when I can. See what I can do on my own!!
I feel like I've written this post so many times before...could this time be the difference??
