Weekly Menus

So, in order to jumpstart my weight loss again...along with constant workouts...it has become time to incorporate weekly menus again.

We're gonna try a steady diet this week to really kick it up & add in new products for snacks and stuff every week or so. So check back later this week to see what yummy food I cooked up!!
