Speaking of Thanksgiving, I made the decision to stay in Raleigh instead of go see family in Charlotte because I just can't do it all with work on Black Friday...so I'll be cooking some Thanksgiving dishes on my own for the FIRST TIME!! Any advice on how to keep things yummy, but healthy?? I'm gonna ask my mom to send some of my fave recipes...but I'd love ya'lls ideas too!!
