So...today was my first workout at the gym since getting sick. I'm not gonna lie to you...it was TOUGH. I can't remember the last time I workout hurt that badly. But I stuck with it & finished up and felt AMAZING afterwards.
I've already looked at my schedule for the week and worked in what time I can hit the gym everyday. I'm determined to get back on track here!!
