I cannot sleep tonight :-( I feel really stressed out for some reason...which is weird since there really isn't anything on my plate right now to stress me out. But I'm also breaking out some too...so there must be SOMETHING bothering me.
I took a sleeping pill about an hour ago...so hoping that will just kinda kick in soon & I can pass out. My eating today was only okay again...lately, I've been SO hungry ALL the time that it becomes hard not to binge. But it's something I'm working on. Hopefully, I'll get it under control ASAP.
Any tips for good ways to fall asleep?? Please let me know!! I've always been a bad sleeper...but this is just awful.
