I know this sounds ridiculous since I've lost 10 pounds in the past 3 weeks, but I'm not going to let myself slack off anymore!!
I haven't been doing my best to get to the gym & that needs to change. Starting tomorrow (it would be right now if the gym wasn't closed), I'm getting back into being there everyday!! I know there's a lot going on right now with me moving in a week, but I'm not going to use that as an excuse.
I could be losing so much more weight and feeling so much better about myself if I just make the 30-45 minutes a day that I need to hit the gym. I'm not looking to do a marathon workout...just some quick exercise to get myself active.
SO BRING IT ON, GYM!!
