That being said...I'm going to enjoy myself today. I'm going to enjoy eating some of the foods I don't eat very often & just relaxing. I'm going to get a drink & not think about any extra calories. I'm going to get my slice of cheesecake because it's my birthday & I deserve it!!
I definitely think this is the one time of year that it's okay to be a little naughty ;-)

P.S. For those of you who have done the 30-Day Shred...how heavy were the hand weights you used?? I can't decide on how heavy I should get them...

I started with 3 pound weights...they were too easy for a couple moves...so I did a combination of 3 and 5. Now, I use 5 pounders for all of it.
