Good morning!!
I just weighed myself & unfortunately gained back a pound from last week. I'm pretty sure it's water weight since I appear to be retaining a ton of it lately, but all the same, I think it's time to kick it into high gear this upcoming week!!
I'm gonna work out longer & harder. Eat less & healthier. Drink water & only water. Just do what I need to do to get this weight off.
Well, I don't have to be at work for a few hours...and I'm still pretty tired. So I think I'll go back to sleep for a little while now.

It's great you don't feel discouraged. I've had the same thing happen to me before. Keep working hard and the pounds will melt away :-)

This same thing is happening to me. I have been finding it very discouraging. I should learn from your positivity. Good for you for having such determination!
